Our Students Express Their Thanks

Nazli Flores is a junior at Savannah College of Art and Design. She writes to one of our donor organizations:
Dear St. Andrews by the Sea:
My name is Nazli Flores and I am a student with the Heroes of the Lowcountry program. I am a junior at the Savannah College of Art and Design majoring in Writing and minoring in music composition.
I would like to personally thank you for your contributions to the HOLC program, as it helps to ease the financial burden for students like me pursuing their academic endeavors and long term dreams. After graduation I plan to either pursue an M.F. A. or pursue a career in the writing and/or music production field.
As for community, I have always had a heart for people, and a heart for pursuing God's will. Outside of school I am a worship leader at my church, a Sunday school teacher, and I help the Savannah community. I also love going on mission trips, and will be heading to Uganda this summer on another mission trip. I truly believe one reaps what he or she sows, so my prayer is that God would bless St. Andrews seven-fold for all that has been sown into others, such as HOLC. May god bless your ministry, and may you all see the fruit of what has been planted
Sincerely,
Nazli Flores
